ROOF

This was the condition of the roof to Spencer’s Estate Agent offices in Burley and the continuation of the roof over to and including the Old Post Office. This roof was completely removed front and back. By careful selection of existing tiles from both rooves, supplemented by additional second-hand tiles sourced locally, the tiling was replaced to the front elevation resulting in a front roof that looks exactly like the original.
